Join this evening walking tour along the Southbank and riverside to learn more about the African/Caribbean history of the Thames. The Founder of Black History Walks, Tony Warner, will shed light on ancient Africa, Black heroes of World War II, British Civil Rights, inventors, Apartheid, music, suffragettes, movies, gentrification and much more. Covering Waterloo and Westminster bridges, the tour will also provide an opportunity to engage with the calming Illuminated River artwork.
